Busy season shouldn't mean chasing.
Every season, hours go to re-sending checklists and answering the same questions. Returns stall waiting on clients, and nobody can see who is holding up what.
You can't hire your way out of it.
So take the chasing off your team's desks.
- Did you get my W-2?
- What else do you need from me?

- Is my return done yet?
- Sorry, did you get my W-2?
Three things, set up inside the tools you already use.
Sparehand works in your firm's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, alongside the client portal you already have. There's nothing new for your team to learn.
Know what's missing, client by client.
One live list per client of what has arrived and what hasn't, so you can see at a glance which clients are holding up which returns.
Reminders that name the exact document.
AI drafts a reminder for each client based on what they still owe. Your team reads it, edits if needed, and approves it. Nothing is sent on its own.
Status questions, answered in seconds.
Emails asking where things stand are tagged and given a drafted reply. Anything that needs a preparer is left for your team.
Live in about three weeks.
You see the plan and a fixed price before anything is built.
-
Week 1
Diagnostic
A 90-minute session to map how documents reach you and measure how long the chasing takes. You get a written estimate and a fixed quote.
$500, credited toward the build -
Weeks 2–3
Build and training
Everything is set up and tested in your accounts, then your team gets a 45-minute walkthrough.

After go-live
Support, if you want it
Monitoring, fixes and a small improvement each month, with a short report on hours saved.
Your data, your approval, your numbers.
Your data stays in your accounts.
Everything runs inside your own Google or Microsoft accounts, within your written information security plan. Sparehand keeps no copies of client tax documents, and access ends when the work does.
Your team approves every message.
AI drafts, a person on your team reviews and sends. Nothing reaches a client on its own.
Your results are measured.
We measure the hours spent chasing before the build and again four weeks after go-live, and share the numbers. The goal is to cut that time at least in half.
You work with the engineer who builds it.
I'm Andre' Coward, a software engineer in Las Vegas. I build these systems for small accounting firms, and I'm your contact from the first call to go-live.
Questions owners ask
Something else on your mind? Bring it to the call.
Do we need new software?
No. Sparehand works inside the email, file storage and client portal you already use.
Will an AI email our clients on its own?
No. It drafts; your team approves every message before it goes out.
How much of our team's time does it take?
About three hours across the whole build: the diagnostic, one review and a 45-minute training.
What if something doesn't work as agreed?
Anything in the agreed scope that doesn't work as described is fixed at no extra charge for 14 days after go-live. After that, fixes are part of the monthly support plan.
Can you start during tax season?
New builds start before mid-January or after April 15. Firms on support get help all season.
Do you work with firms outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Las Vegas firms can meet in person; everything else works remotely.
